From 10am each day Sarah rolls AdFree 50’s all day, sorts you out with tickets to the hottest gigs, dishes out the latest music, gets you to the best movies and will raid the prize cupboard when necessary to get your free stuff!

Jay, Flynny & Jacqui – Flynny is half blind and tries to run the show, while Jay is a farm boy who loves a good yarn and Jacqui is a Christchurch girl looking for her perfect man. The team take an irreverent look at everyday life and don't take themselves too seriously - and neither should you! Jay and Jacqui don't hold it back – while Flynny is just trying to hold it together!

Luke and PJ. Luke is up for anything and doesn't mind giving anything a go.. once. PJ is incredibly tolerant and does her best to keep him in line. Luke & PJ host the ZM20 countdown from 8pm with the 20 biggest songs in the country. After 10pm its Mixtape - with your requests. Lots of free stuff, interviews and inappropriate comments to keep you entertained.
